2 tsp of Javy Coffee Concentrate diluted in 100ml of boiling water
5 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp Cacao powder
Mix the coffee concentrate with boiling water in a large jug and stir to combine. Pour into a shallow dish and let the ladyfingers soak.
Make the cream layer by mixing the greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
To build your tiramisu put 3 ladyfingers in the bottom of your container, you can add extra coffee on top if you like it extra soft, add the cream yogurt on top, and repeat the process 2 more times. Sift over the cocoa and enjoy!
