Javy Espresso Martini
100g golden caster sugar
2 tsp of Javy Coffee Concentrate
20mls of water
*OPTIONAL: 4 coffee beans for topping decoration
For the sugar syrup
For the cocktail
Start by making the sugar syrup. Put the caster sugar in a small pan over a medium heat and pour in 50ml water. Stir, and bring to the boil.
Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool. Put your martini glasses in the fridge to chill.
Once the sugar syrup is cold, pour 1 tbsp into a cocktail shaker along with the vodka, Javy coffee, coffee liqueur (Kahlua) and the lemon peel. Shake until it's properly mixed.
Strain into the chilled glasses, don't forget to use a strainer. Garnish each one with coffee beans if you like.
